It is located on the second floor of an 1800s building, in a very well-frequented residential area. Entire Apartment I am always available to better organize your vacation, give suggestions on itineraries on the lake or in the mountains, book rental boats, and any information that allows you to enjoy the beauty of Como to the fullest. In the house, on the magnetic board, there will always be updates on all the most beautiful events in the city and on the lake. The apartment is in a quiet residential area, close to the walled city and not far from the lake. The neighborhood is well-frequented and very well served in terms of shops and parking. The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Lugano, bathed in sunlight. A 180° view enchants the guests. In 15 minutes you can reach the lake and the center on a footpath. It is 500 meters to the bus station of line 2, which goes to the lake and the city center. The 65 square meter apartment consists of a large living room with a balcony facing the lake. Magnificent view also from the double bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, as is the completely newly renovated bathroom with shower.
