A mini-small studio that has everything you need to be happy in the smallest of spaces. If you want to spend your Ticino vacation independently and cheaply, this is the place. An ideal starting point to discover Ticino. Lake Maggiore at your feet, the valleys and the centers (Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano) are also easily accessible by public transport. The markets in Italy are also easily accessible by car or public transport. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the studio for one person only!

The apartment is located in front of the lake and enjoys a wide, breathtaking 180° view that can be appreciated from the large, bright and welcoming terrace while enjoying a good dinner with friends.

The apartment has been completely renovated this summer. It offers a Queen-size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, so it can accommodate up to 4 people. It has direct access to the garden, where you can enjoy a meal on the terrace or relax in the sun. It is located only a 10-minute walk from the Maggia River, so the location is perfect for taking a swim during the summer! The bus station is only 50 meters away and takes you to Locarno and Ascona in 10 minutes. See you soon!

Strategically positioned on the Lombardy side of Lago Maggiore, the Loft di Charme is only 1h driving from Milano Malpensa Airport, and just few minutes driving from the cozy towns of Luino, Porto Valtravaglia and Laveno Mombello and there is a great offer of services and things to do in the area. The property has been recently renewed with a special attention to every single detail (I am super passionate of design!) and is the perfect location for a romantic and relaxing gateway.

Casa Cincilla über dem Lake Maggiore

My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
