The apartment was build in 5 year ago, so everything is clean and neat, and the location is amazing only 2minutes by walk from Hatagaya station, which is 2 steps from Shinjuku station(Center of Tokyo) floor, which is a Coffee shop(I open it occasionally). The apt has an entrance only for the guests.
