This unique, amazing house is built in the 18th century but has been renovated extensively over the years where old charm meets new. The house is state-of-the-art with good facilities and heating systems. Well insulated. The living room with kitchen and living room measures 4 meters in ceiling height and has a fireplace and a large glass section that provides a fantastic view of the pool and the sea. There are several patio decks on the property totaling 300 sqm. The surroundings are beautiful with sea, rich wildlife and lots of forest as well as 15 minutes walking distance to the sea tavern.

Cozy and fresh house with fantastic view and sun all day/evening. The house is located high up with a porch that goes around the house. Unobstructed view of Horsfjärden. The house has three rooms and a kitchen. Lake view from all rooms. Bedroom 1 with double bed, bedroom 2 with wide bunk bed (120 cm down there). In close proximity to the house, there is a guest house with a wide bunk bed and toilet. Close to beach with diving tower, golf courses, café, restaurant, shop, boat to Utö. 30 minutes from Stockholm by car. Convenient public transport.

Enjoy nature while staying at this unique place. You stay in our glamping/dome tent with space for two. Private beach, patio, barbecue area, wood-burning stove and wonderful views. You cook the food over an open fire or on a hob in the tent. You are soothed by the lapping of the waves, which lulls you to sleep. You have access to a toilet and shower near the tent. Welcome to a beautiful house in Uttran, Stockholm. Enjoy your stay in our house with lake property, private pool and private dock. A short walk from the house, there is the nature reserve Vinterskogen with an illuminated exercise loop, outdoor gym, hiking trails and a cozy swimming area. Lake Uttran is an elongated lake that in summer invites you to swim, fish or maybe just a cozy boat trip. In winter, you can sometimes take a walk, skate on the ice or why not a refreshing swim in an ice hole.
