Dream vacation in a unique Rustico

The romantic and charming Rustico offers moments of undisturbed relaxation. A round granite table with a barbecue, surrounded by palm trees and oleanders, will immediately put you in a holiday mood. On the 1st floor are kitchen, fireplace, sofa, toilet+bathroom. A steep wooden staircase leads down to a room with double bed. Next door there is sauna (due to high costs prefer) + shower and separate exit. At the top of the conservatory there is reservoir view, sun loungers and outdoor shower for relaxation and refreshment.

Heaven on earth in (sport) mountain paradise Davos

(Für Deutsch: please scroll) Rustic, quietly located house where you hear the sound of rippling water, from the Chummerbach and from a small source next to the house. Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .

Through large panoramic windows you can be tickled by the sun as you wake up and watch the moonlight in the evening with a glass of wine. Our cottage is surrounded by nature, quiet and on the Alpstein hiking trail In the garden, there is a cozy sitting lounge, a large fireplace and the garden shower for cooling off. The magnificent views and the Alpine feeling can be particularly well enjoyed from the bench on the forecourt. Inside it is beautifully and cozily furnished, with a tiled stove and wood-burning stove, a cozy living room and a spacious dining table. Everything is fully furnished and ready for guests :)

Quaint duplex apartment in the countryside

Welcome to Appenzellerland, in the valley of the Silvesterchläuse, in Urnäsch, an old house with a separate entrance, a nice place to sit, directly on the Urnäsch (stream) and the Postbus stop towards Schwägalp, the duplex apartment was renovated in the 1970s, with a small kitchen and a spacious living room to linger in, simple, quiet and cozy and good to know, in the other part of the house (private entrance) my parents live, but this does not affect you.

Peace, privacy and breathtaking mountain scenery await you in this comfortable place. Construction, age and history make up its special charisma. The whole house is well maintained, but old. The age is the charm, but also brings with it a scratch, there a dust, some scrolling color and recurring cobwebs. The house was massively renovated in spring 2021 and equipped with a solar system. The house is ideal for family reunions or with friends.
