The holiday home Villa Sand is located in Bad Emstal and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Tucked away in the hilly low mountain range landscape of northern Hesse and surrounded by orchards, lies the historic Malberg manor house with its extensive history dating back to 1253. The reinvention of the old forester's lodge from 1964 was completed at the end of 2022. We have furnished the rooms as we would like to spend our holidays ourselves and have lovingly taken care of many details so that you will feel very comfortable with us.

You are in a historic fire station right on the creek. You can sleep in the former hose tower in a 1.60 m wide box spring bed. This sleeping area is separated from the living room by free beams. You can book an additional bedroom. The photos are included. Among other things, there is a 1.80-meter-wide double bed. One floor down, on the first floor, is the bathroom with window, shower, natural stone sink and toilet. There is also a fully equipped kitchen.

Our house is idyllic located in Bad Wilhelmshöhe in walking distance to the Bergpark/UNESCO world heritage. Convenient for visitors of Vitos or Habichtswald clinics, too. Only 15-20 min. by tram/bus away from the city centre, 3 min. from ICE railway station. Two rooms for 1-3 people: 1 small double bed (140x200 cm), 1 sofa bed (160x200cm), private bath with shower/WC, TV, water kettle, mini fridge. No kitchen! Private terrace in the backyard.
