Apartment Michl – three times good... Our three apartments are about 40 sqm in size. Two of them are double rooms with balcony. The single room is equipped with a 1.40 m wide bed. Furthermore, all our apartments offer a 32 inch TV and oak parquet floor. In the double rooms, the beds can be separated from each other. Our apartment in Harthausen bei Friedberg is located directly on the Old Bavarian Ochsenweg. It is embedded in a beautiful landscape in the immediate vicinity of a stream. Good transport links to the Munich-Stuttgart motorway (A8) and the B300 (Augsburg-Ingolstadt) are provided. Shopping opportunities are offered by the nearest village Dasing. My apartment is located in the upper old town of the Renaissance city of Neuburg on the Danube and thus in the best residential area of the city. The Upper Old Town is like a beautiful Renaissance village on a hill above the Lower Old Town. The apartment is located in the completely renovated Bortenmacherhaus (17th century) with original beams, wooden floor with underfloor heating, a great bathroom with shower, tub and glass ceiling, a gallery, a small balcony and historic vending machines.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Small apartment to feel good

Feel comfortable in our lovingly renovated apartment. We have put a lot of emphasis on ecological construction and you can feel that too. There is a private access and ample parking. Apart from our three children, it is very quiet. Our former courtyard is located outside the village of Sandizell at the edge of the Donaumooses. The adjacent extensive Auerochsen pasture, our bees, goats and chickens provide a farmer's feeling.
