Terrace, several outdoor seating areas and large lawn. Parking space for several cars. 2 kayaks, stand, games and toys for big and small. Extremely children friendly. Pets allowed. Sun all day.

Of course, you have your own room with a queen size bed, private entrance and patio, but you share the bathroom and living room. A simple breakfast is served. Rent out the TV room in my 2 bedroom apartment One guest room has a double bed, the other with a single bed. Suitable for 2 or 3 persons. The bedrooms are on the second floor and you will have your own toilet and attic, with sofa and TV, yourself. Same entrance where I stay on the 1st floor. On the 1st floor there is a kitchen. The kitchen is available. Guest parking outside the apartment. Otherwise it is 3 minutes to go to the nearest bus stop. The bus ride takes 10 minutes to Arendal city center.

Fin plass til å slappe av, være sosial om ønskelig og god plass til å la barna løpe rundt i hagen. Flere uteplasser hvor man kan sitte ute og nyte solen, grill er også tilgjengelig.
