Our cabin is idyllically located in the middle of Raet National Park, all for itself with spectacular views of the sea. Here you can enjoy walks, swimming areas and waves, even on stormy days. The cabin is newly renovated with Sigdal kitchen, new porch, awning, Weber grill, gas pizza oven, fire pan and outdoor fireplace. Sleeps 6 + new double sofa bed with great views. Rowboat also belongs to the cabin, but you should be several to lift it out. The cabin is perfect for quiet days or adventures in ocean gap and nature

The house is located close to the sea and it is only a five-minute walk to the finest beaches in Grimstad. Walking distance to the city centre (1.7 km). The university is behind the house. The area is quiet most of the year, but it is teeming with life and holiday guests here in the summer. 135 square meters, with lawn and planting outside. Little traffic and the Miljøgaten goes from the house to the bathing beaches and the city center. Safe for children.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Perfect spot for a small family or alone by the sea. The boathouse is from the 70s and is traditionally built. Here you can enjoy the sea view, take a bath or lie in the sun. The boat house is simply furnished with all you need of kitchenware, dishes towels and dusting cloths. In addition, there is toilet paper. The boathouse is isolated. From the kitchen and bedroom window, you have a beautiful view of the river. Here you can also go for a swim (about a 2 min walk). Grimstad is also worth a visit, 17 km, and if you want to visit the zoo in Kristiansand, a 40 min drive will take you there.
