Huset som er fra 1700 tallet ligger fredfullt og harmonisk plassert, kloss på byens havn, torv og gågater. Huset har tre soverom, alminnelig pent interiør, varmekabler, moderne bad og peis i tillegg til en svært idyllisk liten hage. Havna har alle fasiliteter: servering, badestrand, oppvarmet basseng og båtplasser. Familiens robåt (fjerding) kan leies ut etter nærmere avtale.

Perfect for business and representation. Large car parking space. Good bus connections to Arendal and Grimstad. Walking distance to several of Norway's most beautiful beaches. Approximately 50 km to Kristiansand Zoo.
