Newly renovated apartment in the middle of nature with 1 bedroom and a 150 bed, living room with a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, kitchen, bathroom, front terrace with ocean and pool views, private back terrace. Spectacular location, Arenal d'en Castell beach is a 5-minute walk away. Quiet and pleasant area but with all the amenities; restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, pubs, beach club and bus line.

Muchos de los huéspedes nos dicen que se sienten como en casa porque Las Gaviotas está totalmente equipado para que disfrutes y con el valor añadido de dormirte y despertarte arrullado por el murmullo de las olas, así de cerca estamos de la orilla de la playa.
