In the heart of the Arve Valley, the "Tiny House" spirit in this Scandinavian and contemporary-inspired chalet. Ideal for a couple with a child looking for peace, independence and tranquility. The accommodation is fully equipped: a kitchen, bathroom, as well as a living area open to the outside, ski-corner in the garage. The bedroom is upstairs on the mezzanine, but beware of the slightly steep access! private parking. Ideal location in the valley, close to Geneva, Chamonix...

25 m2 studio, with a small bedroom (window overlooking the corridor), south-facing balcony not overlooked and with views of the mountains. Located at the entrance to Flaine Forest at 1700 meters above sea level. Parking outside the station (Paid in winter), 1.5 hours free to drop off suitcases in front of the apartment. Shops, restaurants, ski lifts and ski school 700 m walk away! Shuttle stop with a pass every 15 minutes in front of the building (In season).

"Mi Coton", a charming new gîte, completed in December 2023, classified as 3-star and 4 carraz furnished tourist accommodation in Carroz, on the ground floor of our family chalet in a bucolic setting, at the start of many hiking trails and at 1000 meters altitude in Carroz d'Arâches. Its 265 km of slopes (Grand Massif area) connecting 4 resorts (Samoëns, Morillon, Flaine and Les Carroz) will delight young and old.

Located a few kilometers from the center of Sallanches, this studio is located in our chalet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is also close to the highway exit, offering easy access. Guests can enjoy free parking with direct access. Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. This apartment is ideal for solo travelers or couples.

Located in Magland in the Pays du Mont-Blanc You will be 23 km from Megève, 35 km from Chamonix 27 km from Flaine and 48 km from Geneva. A car is essential to come to us and visit our beautiful region. Close to all the essential shops.
