Country house,quiet,very close(city center on foot with bakery/butcher/press bar, pharmacy), train station 5 minutes, restaurant 5 minutes, Intermarché 5 minutes), stations 1h, Annecy 1h. on site:hikes, tobogganing, snowshoeing in the forest,vineyard and cellar in nearby villages,lake 5 minutes away,WAM PARK. Ask our guide for all the good places! The house free parking space, private entrance, 1st floor kitchen and bathroom with toilet. On the second floor, the bedrooms with 1 toilet. NO PARTYING

Ideally located 2 bedrooms house

This stylish and cosy newly renovated house with a large salon and two double bedrooms, with stunning south facing view over the Mont Blanc Massif, is a 5 min walk from the Brevent station. You can start your summer hikes just from your front door. It is an 11 min walk from the city center but it is advised to have a car for groceries as we live up the hill from the city. le Gaillands climbing area and lake are a 10 min walk. It is located at the entrance of the peaceful area of Moussoux.
