Our studio is 16 sqm small, yet it is well equipped and the house oozes old Vallila spirit. The building is over 90 years old and, though greatly cared for, our studio shows its age in some places. Expect to find some loving wear, quaint aging and charming patina. Please note that the apartment is located on the 5th (top) floor and that the building DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR.

Short walking dictance to train station Huopalahti (11min, 850m), which prings you to city center and to the airport. Also the buses leave next to the door to city center (40 and 41, about 20min). Nice ambience and quality I call it basic plus. The apartment has a practical floor-plan with the living room and the bedroom located at each end and the kitchen, hall and bathroom in the middle. Located close to train (10 mins.), bus-stops (2 mins.) and 24h food stores. Free parking!
