Beautiful recent villa (140 m2), waterfront on the Isolella peninsula in South Corsica with direct access to the beach. A little piece of heaven at any time of year. Spectacular sunsets. Large living room sea view with fireplace. Sea view dinning kitchen. 4 bedrooms: 3 with double bed +1 with 2 bunk beds accommodating 4 children. 25 minutes from Ajaccio airport and 3 minutes from shops. Neat interior. Air conditioning. Traditional stone sheepfold overlooking the sea, in the heart of the maquis just minutes from the village of Sari d 'Orcino. Ideal for four people, the house is composed of 2 bedrooms with private bathroom (Italian shower, independent toilet), a kitchen open to a cosy living room. The wooden terrace with heated pool lounge and sunbeds will be synonymous with relaxation and letting go. A wooden terrace surrounded by rocks and scrubland, for a more intimate atmosphere.
