This detached house, very pleasant to stay in, is very well located, on more than 5000 m² of a neat, wooded, flowered and enclosed garden. The interior is neat, comfortable, modern. It benefits from a beautiful and large terrace with barbecue and a magnificent panoramic view of the sea. The setting is quiet, ideal for a total change of scenery. This soft and wild region, generously overlooking the gulf, mixes countryside and mountain and is crisscrossed by narrow roads crossing typical villages.

Its geographical position is perfect for being able to oscillate between the hustle and bustle of the coast and the calm of the mountains. Located 40 minutes from the huts of Ajaccio or 30 minutes from the Vizzavona pass and its GR20. Many activities are easily accessible: canyoning, tree climbing, wildlife park, hiking, river corners or idyllic beaches... We will be able to advise you!

VILLA IN CORSICA, Hamlet of Pevani (Calcatoggio) with uninterrupted views over the ocean. Beautiful three bedroom three bathroom villa with stunning views over the bay of Sagone to Cargese. Plenty of terrace/deck space and an incredible infinity pool. Fully air-conditioned, large living room with open plan kitchen. Very quiet, surrounded by nature, Ajaccio (airport & ferry) is a 35 min drive. Ample parking. Large Mediterranean garden bordered by two streams. Paradise found.

Beautiful quiet rental with heated pool

Magnificent fully equipped home, not overlooked, with private Bali stone swimming pool, large terrace and pool house, located in the middle of the countryside.
