This detached house, very pleasant to stay in, is very well located, on more than 5000 m² of a neat, wooded, flowered and enclosed garden. The interior is neat, comfortable, modern. It benefits from a beautiful and large terrace with barbecue and a magnificent panoramic view of the sea. The setting is quiet, ideal for a total change of scenery. This soft and wild region, generously overlooking the gulf, mixes countryside and mountain and is crisscrossed by narrow roads crossing typical villages.

VILLA IN CORSICA, Hamlet of Pevani (Calcatoggio) with uninterrupted views over the ocean. Beautiful three bedroom three bathroom villa with stunning views over the bay of Sagone to Cargese. Plenty of terrace/deck space and an incredible infinity pool. Fully air-conditioned, large living room with open plan kitchen. Very quiet, surrounded by nature, Ajaccio (airport & ferry) is a 35 min drive. Ample parking. Large Mediterranean garden bordered by two streams. Paradise found.

Small garden. A parking space. The Gulf of Lava is preserved and quiet, the village at the end of the road overlooks the beach.

Nice studio with independent bedroom and beautiful sea view. Large and rare open-air terrace overlooking Marinella Beach, facing the Sanguinaires Islands. Spacious living room loggia to rest in the shade, not overlooked. Air conditioning, dishwasher, queen size bed (160 x 200), many amenities, etc... Beaches, huts and restaurants at the foot of the residence. Ideal for couples. Possible for up to 4 people, with extra sofa bed. Very high speed WiFi 800 Mb! ;)

Waterfront house in an exceptional site located in a cove between Sagone and Cargèse, private access to a preserved white sand beach. Great for recharging for families or with friends. Depending on the period, presence, on the sand, more or less important of posidonies (non-trading): protected plants because it is necessary for the quality of the seabed and in the fight against beach erosion. 45 minutes away: Ajaccio airport and port. 10 minutes: shops.
