The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Close to the Munich Trade Fair (15 min): A healthy, solid wooden house, high-quality, generously cut, with a few, high-quality materials clearly and minimalistically furnished. Are you looking for something in the Alps? A mountain hut? Or in Munich? A loft? We are right in between: Quickly in the city and yet quickly in the mountains. The house and shower water is heated with wood, you have to heat it yourself. The location of the house is NOT SUITABLE FOR A VISIT TO THE OKTOBERFEST!

Our accommodation is the ideal base for your exploration/shopping tour in the Bavarian capital! 10 minutes by car or 2 train stations away, you will find wellness & fun at the Therme Erding! Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area surrounded by forest and fields, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.
