Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes. The huge window and west-facing rooftop terrace provide views over the roofs of the lively historic district, and delightful sunsets invite you to dream. The apartment is modern yet cozy, with many self-designed and crafted furniture pieces, complemented by a beautiful larch wood floor that harmonizes with the over a hundred-year-old roof beams. Both the bathroom with underfloor heating, a luxurious corner bathtub, and a separate shower, as well as the guest toilet with WC and urinal, are tiled with natural stone. The loft is centrally located, with most shops and many restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is located in Anzing on the A94. Munich can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The airport can be reached in 25 minutes. And the fair in 10 minutes. In a traffic-calmed zone (30 km/h) located in the center of the village, the apartment is on the first floor of a detached family house with a beautifully grown garden. It has a separate entrance, the main orientation is southwest. Parking is available.
