This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Close to Les Ardentes festival (5 min), 36 min from Spa Francorchamps circuit, bus stop 50 m away, next to a supermarket and shopping mall, 5 min from Evazio and Kinepolis, 15 min from Liège city center. Access to terrace and garden with sunbed for sunbathing, brazier and barbecue. Fully equipped, all you have to do is show up with your suitcase. First breakfast included (orange juice, coffee, tea, brioches).
