The Appendix, our accommodation is an outbuilding of the house not overlooked directly, with private access. Quiet studio and ideally located in Annecy Seynod, 5 min drive from Annecy centre, 15 min bus from the train station, 30 min walk from the centre, 30 min drive from the ski. Close to the mountains, the lake, you can enjoy the outdoor areas of the house as a couple, or solo. Several parking spaces on site. The kitchen is equipped and the accommodation is air-conditioned if needed.

We have completely renovated the back of the house to accommodate you comfortably. The front part of the house is not yet accessible, which does not prevent you from enjoying the entire park that borders the lake (1800 m²). The beach is 50 m from the house.
