You'll appreciate the comfort, space, location, decor, and old-world charm combined with a modern style, especially the Lego kitchen and exposed beams. Ideal accommodation for a couple who want to enjoy Annecy's old town while being close to the lake. The Saint-Clair parking lot is a 150m walk away. The train station is 500m away.

After passing through the gate, the entrance to the building is located at the end of a tree-lined path with a secure door and digital code. The studio is located on the 3rd and last floor, accessible by the grand staircase. The view overlooks the condominium park which is in front of the building. It can accommodate 2 people maximum, with all the comfort and equipment necessary for a successful stay.
