Very peaceful 42 m² cottage located in the middle of the mountains, ideal for relaxation. Annecy North tollbooth 15 minutes away. You can enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, and Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walking and mountain biking on site. Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

The ground floor has a light kitchen-dining area which leads directly to the south facing terrace with outdoor seating to contemplate the beauty and silence of the mountains. The chalet is equipped with underfloor heating, fibre optic WIFI, a WC, shower and stairs leading to a double bedroom. Private parking space.

Tiny house between lake and mountains

Notre chalet orienté sud ouest est situé au chef lieu de notre charmant petit village de Dingy St Clair. Il est totalement indépendant avec son jardin, sa terrasse et son parking privatif. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 3 voyageurs (1 lit deux places et 1 canapé convertible). Un hamac vient compléter l'aménagement pour un moment de détente. "Les chardons" cozy studio with mezzanine.

The studio is attached to our home, an old renovated farmhouse, at an altitude of 1250 m. In the heart of the Aravis with an exceptional panorama, it is the starting point for splendid hikes. Ideally located between La Clusaz and Megève, it comfortably accommodates 2 people. La Giettaz is a typical Savoyard village that has kept its authenticity with its active farms and beautiful chalets. 3.5 km from access to the Megève ski area "the gates of Mont-Blanc"
