Our urban farm is a peaceful setting close to everything, but out of the student district. A guest (Cleanliness QC for a Hotel Chain) said it is one of the cleanest places he’d stayed. Modern, comfy apartment with private entrance. Large, quiet backyard. We are 5 minutes to highways (96 & 23). A 4 block walk to downtown restaurants and shops. Central heat and air conditioning. TV with 20+ local digital channels plus Roku streaming device and WIFI. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. The office can sleep 1 on a sleeper sofa. Private entry but hosts are available for anything you need and would love to meet for coffee or a beer in town!! Private off street parking.
