This loft is incredibly beautiful and spacious. Originally built in 1895, the building has a rich history. The loft showcases its original brickwork, exposed and restored alongside custom, elegant woodwork. Tall windows line the main living area, allowing in copious amounts of natural light, especially as the sun sets. The loft boasts high ceilings, and about 1800 sq ft. In the bedroom you will find a spacious walk-in closet, luxurious king sized bed, and a cozy day bed in the main living area.

This very unique home is built from 7 shipping containers. Close to downtown Royal Oak & only 15-20 min drive from downtown Detroit! Golf course 2 blocks away, with many other local amenities, festivals & attractions. This was the first shipping container home built in Michigan. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. You'll have a private space in a detached historic carriage house, sharing a yard with the host. We have a large yard with a patio near the carriage house, covered porch, grill, bbq pit, bocce court, and outdoor living room (summer). We have a dog that has yard access. Private, secured parking is available for 1 car. Families are welcome, as are pets. We recommend families 3+ contact us before booking to ensure the space will work for you.

This is a 2 bedroom, one bath Royal Oak townhouse that was completely renovated in April of 2021. Settled a few miles away from Beaumont Hospital, Downtown Royal oak and Clawson, the lower level has a beautiful kitchen with a wrap around quartz bar style counter top and high end appliances. The kitchen is stocked with supplies for cooking / coffee. The house has 2 bedrooms, one with a King bed, the other with a full bed. We have 50 amp plug for a level 2 EV charger
