The house consists of 1 bedroom with double bed, ( where the bathroom is) 1 bedroom with bunk bed(underbed 120cm wide) fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, Living room with corner sofa, Fireplace, ironing board and iron, hair dryer available, free Wifi, there is also Cromecast, sheets and towels are included, also cleaning. Separate shower and toilet are also in the laundry room on the property.

A classic Swedish cabin with all modern amenities such as underfloor heating, WIFI, washing machine, bathroom and full kitchen with dishwasher fridge/freezer etc.. A small wood-burning stove is available and open plan with a separate small bedroom. The surroundings are amazing with 25 meters to Vege river and brew breakfast/lunch/dinner as well as fishing. Dogs are welcome but then there is a small cleaning fee of 200€ which is resolved on site. Walking distance to Sandön and its shallow beaches A wonderful summer home completely.

Exit to the west facing terrace with seating for 10 people, charcoal grill is available. Walking distance to restaurants, kiosk, padel/tennis courts, mini golf as well as cafe and service shop within the camping area Råbocka. 200 meters to long sand beach. Bed linens (sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers) and towels are brought yourself.

Nice forest trails, playground, tennis court and sauna are in the area and Västersjön is beautifully located a bit away. Longer hiking trails can be found at Djurholmen Nature Reserve. On the historic Ludvigsgården in Magnarp, you will find this wonderful old house with roots from 1690. Less than a five-minute walk to the sea, harbour and fishing cove. The farmhouse is modern but at the same time breathes the past with a magnificent tiled stove, an old fine wooden floor and a leafy patio. Here there is life and movement in the form of both children, friends, horses, cats and dogs, but the farm also gives a wonderful calm. For us, it's a magical place - welcome to us!

Welcome to stuga 'Fjärilen' 🦋 on the beautiful Bjäre peninsula. In our beautiful green garden, next to our house (211) is a stuga (209), a typical Swedish red cottage. The stuga is cozy and practically furnished with a wonderfully made bed upon arrival. We live just outside the village of Förslöv, with everything close by, such as the shops in Förslöv but also the forest behind our house, where you can enjoy a walk. The nearest beach is less than 10 minutes by car.
