Spotless, cozy 1-BR remodel on quiet street, just blocks from Prov and UAA. Small and sunny unit with deck, vaulted ceilings and south windows. New mattress, towels & linens. Leather couch and 50" Smart TV. Great for UAA and med travelers, 7 miles to the airport. One-burner stove, no oven. Coffee pods & French press. Our fully remodeled mother in law studio unit is 5 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to downtown and 5 minutes to Kincaid Park (1,516.78 acres of trails for cycling, running, hiking, disc golf, or simply taking in the scenery & wildlife). We are also within walking distance to fine & casual dining as well as a local coffee house. A few nights stay or as a "home base", we offer a comfortable home away from home for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We hope to be your hosts!

The lower level of our Jewel Lake Home with a separate entry, and fun backyard. This is a recent remodel; an eclectic space with vintage wood ceilings and a blend of industrial+ modern detailing. We are 5 minute drive from the airport, and guests can enjoy Alaskan wilderness right from this space. A forested trail system lies right behind our house for walking and biking. Guests may collect eggs from our chickens, use our forest-side hot tub, stoke the firepit, or use the canoe at Sand Lake.

We aim for you to feel as though you are visiting family. The spacious yard features a large swing set for kids and a sandbox. Pat will likely greet you and give you a verbal tour of Alaska. Fast Wi-Fi. Guests have been treated to moose and babies right outside the back door, ravens, Steller jays, squirrels, and rarely a bear. There are plenty of resources for you to plan your trip. Guests especially like being able to do laundry.
