A comfortable, cozy, private and secluded cabin for up to two guests. Our cabin is overlooking the Knik River Valley and Knik Glacier and offers spectacular views. The cabin is located a short but moderate hike from our parking area.

Very reasonable price, comfortable bed, nice heater inside the cabin, covered deck with an absolutely breathtaking view. The outhouse even has an amazing view and has a heat lamp you can turn on from inside the cabin (no detail spared here). The pictures you see in the description don’t even do this place justice. Come and see it for yourself! During my stay the night sky was perfectly clear, quiet, and filled with shooting stars—no aurora, but the forecast was a low index. Pro tip: Pending the time of year you’re here...check the sunrise time & get up an hour or two earlier. Make a cup of coffee and sit out on the deck or snuggle in the covers and watch the sunrise over the Knik glacier from your window view. IT’S WORTH EVERY SECOND. After checkout I had a great time getting to know Mark & Marilyn. I asked if I could see their Air B&B cottage next door and they happily gave me a tour! They have wonderful connections with several local outdoor adventures around the area. Just ask!”

Patty also gave me some great recommendations on places to go, and how to use the transit system there. The neighborhood was beautiful and very safe. I walked back to the house many times late at night, and had no issues at all. I had a great stay and I would highly recommend this place!”
