About 20 mins from the Anchorage airport, we are located on the Anchorage Hillside, known for its scenery, great hiking trails (including Flattop Mountain), and fabulous mountain and inlet views. We are minutes from the Old Seward Highway South-bound exit that leads to some of Alaska's best-known tourist hot spots including Girdwood, Seward, and Kenai Peninsula. Alaskan Ranch house is in the heart of Anchorage located across from the Far North Bicentennial Park, Anchorage’s largest park, with 100 miles of multi-use trails and important connections to Chugach State Park. It is also adjacent to the Historic F-Bar-J horse ranch. Access is not included/permitted but view from the property is. This unique country cottage is 1600+ sq ft with 2 bed/2bath and media loft room. There is basement apartment with its own separate entrance. Come be our guest !
