Anchorage Family Guesthouse

Our guest space is a 2 BR in-law unit on the downstairs level of our beautiful Alaskan log home. About 20 mins from the Anchorage airport, we are located on the Anchorage Hillside, known for its scenery, great hiking trails (including Flattop Mountain), and fabulous mountain and inlet views. We are minutes from the Old Seward Highway South-bound exit that leads to some of Alaska's best-known tourist hot spots including Girdwood, Seward, and Kenai Peninsula. Family friendly, we welcome children.

Forest Floor Apartment

The lower level of our Jewel Lake Home with a separate entry, and fun backyard. This is a recent remodel; an eclectic space with vintage wood ceilings and a blend of industrial+ modern detailing. We are 5 minute drive from the airport, and guests can enjoy Alaskan wilderness right from this space. A forested trail system lies right behind our house for walking and biking. Guests may collect eggs from our chickens, use our forest-side hot tub, stoke the firepit, or use the canoe at Sand Lake.

Located just 2 miles from the Glenn Hwy. /Hwy 1 - offering an easy drive and central location-30 min from Anchorage or 20 min. from Palmer/Wasilla. Come enjoy our spacious 2 bd sanctuary with a comfortable living area in front of a fireplace after a day of Alaska adventures. Log Home's Spacious Lower Level.

This spacious lower level is a daylight basement perfect for families traveling with children. Placed in the middle of two acres the home is surrounded by manicured yards, gardens, beautiful mountain peaks, and plenty of country quiet. Yard is open for play, or walking, as is the basketball court. There are swings hanging in car port and a cowboy grill for campfires in the spring and fall. Located four miles from Palmer this home and yards are sure to please.

Guest Suite -Bigger Than a tiny home

This is a large guest suite on the first floor with Private Entrance, Private En-Suite Bathroom, Large Dressing Room, Refrigerator, microwave, dining table and sleeper sofa. The entrance is private and is accessed from the private driveway. Outside there is a bar-B-Que Grill, Firepit and yard. If a need arises during your stay, we are an email or phone call away. We look forward to hosting you. There isn't a sink in the main room.

This private location is nicely wooded, features mountain views, and is conveniently located adjacent to Anchorage's world class hiking, biking, and skiing trails. The Alaska Zoo and Anchorage Golf Course are also very close. Grocery stores and excellent restaurants are just a few minutes away.
