It has 4 en-suites, one of which is on the ground floor, great for people of age with difficulty in climbing stairs. Air-conditioning in all rooms, fireplace, barbecue, cable TV, WI-FI with 105 MB of speed, swimming pool (optional air-conditioning) with space reserved for children, and you can also choose to have an employee to prepare basic meals and tidy the house daily.

We had a kitten in the house, but we took it to Serra Negra, so disregard the positive and negative comments directed at it... The house has a heated swimming pool, which is very warm in the morning.
