There are floor fans in all rooms, as well as a microwave, airfryer, stove, duplex refrigerator and all kitchen utensils. The bathroom is private with a glass shower. It has a washing machine. My apartment does not have a parking space, however, I can recommend a resident who usually rents one inside the building
