The house has period furniture and is surrounded by lots of greenery. The rural property and the neighborhood are very quiet, perfect for relaxing and recharging after sightseeing and shopping. We are very close to the Rota da Uva, a circuit of wineries, gastronomy and tourism that connects Jarinu to Jundiaí. The house, in American barn style, is 75 m², living room with fireplace, kitchen, mezzanine, bathroom with bathtub and view, balcony, outdoor shower and fire pit area. Ideal for couples and families of up to 4 people.

With breathtaking nature, it is the ideal place to have unforgettable moments. We had a kitten in the house, but we took it to Serra Negra, so disregard the positive and negative comments directed at it... The house has a heated swimming pool, which is very warm in the morning. I leave sheets on the beds, bedspreads, and white towels so you don't have to bring them and so you receive them in the best way. Everything to make it a perfect and pleasant stay.
