Wattmuschel country house

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

Tiny House nah am Nationalpark

Our lovingly furnished tiny house offers a cozy atmosphere to relax. The salty air of the North Sea, horse pastures and fields, the Wadden Sea National Park nearby and many excursion options (Moorwald, Jader Park, dreamy small ports, seawater spring bath in the North Sea resort of Dangast, the floating moor...). We live close to nature, our two (very dear) dogs and chickens walk through the garden, birdsong is omnipresent. If you are looking for peace, you will find it here!

The apartment covers the entire first floor. With private bathroom and views on 2 sides. The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.
