Die Wohnung ist im 1. OG mit eigenem Zugang. Aufteilung siehe Grundriss. Zum Haus gehören ein großer, ruhiger Garten der natürlich mitbenutzt werden kann. Parkplätze sind ausreichend auf dem Grundstück (4 Pkw möglich). Zentrale Lage, Fußgängerzone, Restaurants, Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Für die Kleinsten sind 2 Hochstühle vorhanden und bei Bedarf kann zusätzlich ein Kinderreisebett (bitte angeben) aufgestellt werden. (Wenn ein Treppenschutzgitter angebracht werden soll bitte auch angeben)

Du möchtest entspannen, Ruhe und herrliche Ausblicke auf Wiesen und Felder genießen, dann wirst du hier nicht zu kurz kommen. Die modern eingerichtete Wohnung verfügt über ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer, eine gemütliche Küche, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem großzügigen Bad. Die Gartenhaus-Sauna und Fahrräder sind gegen eine geringe Gebühr benutzbar. Die reizvolle Stadt Oldenburg (15 km) bietet viel Kultur inklusive Schloss und Theater und ist ebenso beliebt für seine Shopping Angebote.

The south-facing terrace and parking are right in front of your own door, and all sights are easily accessible. Whether visiting the islands, walking on the dyke, cycling and city tours, a visit to NL - you live here in the center of East Frisian serenity.

Unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Tinyhouse bietet eine gemütliche Atmosphäre zum entspannen. Die salzige Luft der Nordsee, Pferdeweiden und Felder, der Nationalpark Wattenmeer in der Nähe und viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (Moorwald, Jader Park, verträumte kleine Häfen, Meerwasserquellbad im Nordseebad Dangast, das schwimmende Moor...). Wir leben naturnah, unsere beiden (sehr lieben) Hunde und Hühner spazieren durch den Garten, Vogelgesang ist allgegenwärtig. Wer Ruhe sucht, wird sie hier finden!

Unsere Gäste haben die obere Etage mit 90 qm für sich allein. Über eine kleine zweite Haustür gelangt man nach oben. Es gibt dort eine Wohnküche mit einem Einzelbett, ein großes Schlafzimmer mit 160 cm Doppelbett, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit 140 cm Doppelbett, das Kaminzimmer, einen kleinen Balkon und ein Bad mit Wanne und Dusche. Im EG wohne ich mit meinem Freund und unseren 3 KATZEN, ich kann nicht ausschließen, dass die 3 Fellbewohner Euch mal besuchen, falls ihr die Tür offen habt.

An ideal starting point for your excursions to the islands, Ditzum, the Krumhörn as well as the East Frisian cities of Emden, Leer and Aurich.

Enjoy a stay in the former home of the painters Fritz and Hermine Overbeck in a modernly furnished 2-room apartment in a friendly and lively multi-generational house with its own terrace and garden access. The apartment is centrally located (shopping possibility, S-Bahn connection on foot) and at the same time in a green oasis in a scenic location (Schönebecker Aue, Bremer Schweiz). We invite every guest to visit the Overbeck Museum. Two secured bicycle parking spaces available.
