Due to the central location, the immediate area around the train station is rather urban and visually not necessarily the most beautiful part of Wilhelmshaven, but the location is really convenient as a starting point. The apartment is on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator, but there is a private parking space right outside the front door.

We have preserved the original character of the house and combined it with modern elements. From the open dining/living area, you can access the terrace in the natural garden, which can also be used. From this place, you can quickly get to all the important places. Stroll through the small pedestrian zone, sit down to eat in the historic water mill on the castle island, use the proximity to HB + OL for a city tour or drive to the North Sea for a day! I love this apartment, which is a bit outdated. It is absolutely not perfect and certainly not modern, so don't expect 100%! I myself currently live in Berlin and rarely use it, but then with cats

It has a large wardrobe, a flat-screen TV and a private terrace for chilling. The entrance is separate and the tenant is therefore independent of the landlord. A private parking space at the house is available. A bus to Oldenburg leaves only 5 minutes away.
