L’Atelier is a self contained, very quiet former artist studio nested in a lush Mediterranean garden. It has been newly renovated combining modern amenities with antiques. With its 2 private terraces (with bbq) you can enjoy stunning views of the village of St. Paul de Vence and the surrounding forests. This exceptional apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building on the Promenade des Anglais, i.e. literally just a few steps from the beach. The apartment has a large living/dining room with an open kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. The interior is stylish-casual. The spacious terrace faces the sea and has sun (almost) all day. To the city center it is a 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by streetcar. Bienvenue!
