Geniet van dit leuke huis met heerlijke, diepe tuin op het zuiden. 4 aparte slaapkamers, heerlijke bank , fijne eettafel, nieuwe keuken. Televisie kijken kan via een beamer. Het huis bevindt zich op nog geen 10 min.fietsen van het Centraal Station Amersfoort. Amersfoort is een leuke stad met musea, pittoreske straatjes, gezellige markt op vrijdag en zaterdag. We bevinden ons in Amersfoort-Zuid, vlak bij landgoed den Treek en de Utrechtse heuvelrug. Ideale plekken om te genieten van de natuur!

Luxe appartement met dakterras

We hebben een comfortabel en modern huis op de veemarkt in Utrecht. Perfect om Utrecht/Nederland te ontdekken. De bovenste twee verdiepingen zijn beschikbaar voor de verhuur. Wat kan je verwachten? Je deelt de voordeur en trappenhuis met ons gezin. Twee trappen omhoog en daar vind je twee slaapkamers, een badkamer met douche. Op de bovenste verdieping heb je een open keuken, woonkamer en prachtig dakterras tot je beschikking. Je kan je eigen ruimte afsluiten door middel van een schuifdeur.

Surround yourself with 100+ plants in this urban jungle. You will have a mini lion (cat) to protect you, sunshine throughout the day, and lots of inspiration for optimizing a green city life. Walk 1 minute to the neighborhood park (with chickens!) or 15 minutes walking to Utrecht Centraal station or city center. And If you would rather stay in, there are many games, art supplies, and a hammock to keep your mind at peace I'll have bikes for you & can maybe take you on a lil tour! xx Ellie

Sustainable family home free parking garden+swings

Welcome! We rent out our lovely family home with a garden and free parking to preferably a family or a couple. Our house is a characteristic, totally renovated sustainable house. It is situated in a calm area but at the same time close to the city centre. You can enjoy everything Amsterdam has to offer and relax in our recently renovated house. We do not use natural gas, everything in our home is based on (green) electricity. You have full and private access to the house during your stay!

This studio apartement is situated in a 17th Century Canal house, on the Prinsengracht (one of the 3 major canals), right in the center of Amsterdam, within the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE AREA. The Studio has its own private entrance along the canal, with canal view and a well equipped private kitchen, a large table and modern private bathroom. During the day you can sit outside on the bench in front of the apartment on the sunny side of the canal, nice to see people passing by.

Heerlijke tussenwoning in autoluwe straat met vrij uitzicht. Op slechts enkele minuten afstand van de rivier de Vecht en het oude pittoreske centrum van Maarssen. Vlakbij natuurgebieden en het recreatiegebied de Maarseveense plassen. Ook de steden Utrecht en Amsterdam zijn dichtbij (20-25 autominuten). Heerlijke uitvalsplek om te ontspannen. Moderne woning dichtbij het centrum met tuin

Jaren '30 woning met een zonnige tuin op het zuiden (altijd zon!). Met de bus ben je in 8 minuten in het centrum van Utrecht. Gratis parkeren voor de deur. De woning is pas verbouwd en smaakvol ingericht. Oven, regendouche, tuin met BBQ en een bio-ethanolhaard in de woonkamer. Zwembad en supermarkt om de hoek. Veel mooie wandel- en fietsroutes in de omgeving.

Gezellig sfeervol huis dichtbij het centrum

Gezellig, sfeervol, licht nieuw huis vlakbij station (5 min lopen) en centrum (10 min lopen) in een rustig wijkje. Je kunt van de hele woning gebruik maken, genieten van de zonnige tuin op het zuiden en van de mooie omgeving van Nijmegen. (Ideaal voor gezinnen, pensionado's, wandelaars, fietsers, etc. Actieve mensen zijn welkom, geen feestgangers.)
