Surrounded by forest, lakes and fields, this three-sided farm near the Märkische Eiszeitstraße has recently been extensively renovated. The farm has a secluded location and is accessible via an avenue. On the site, the field stone walls of an old stable have been preserved as a picturesque ruin. 2 swimming lakes are within walking distance. It can accommodate 7-8 people, has been extensively renovated and furnished with antique farmhouse furniture and some design classics. Located on the edge of a village in the Western Pomeranian meadow not far from Szczecin and 1.5 hours from Berlin, you leave the crowded Uckermark behind you. Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

A natural stone wall encloses this ensemble as an oasis for decelerators. Parking and a private terrace are provided. A rowboat awaits guests. Pick fruit from the trees, fish in the pond and directly on the grill: enjoyment guaranteed under the starry sky.

“Less is more” – This is one of the golden rules for good design, which guided us in the restoration of our farm in the Uckermark. The Birkenhof includes several acres of land with meadows, fruit and vegetable gardens and our small birch grove, which gave the farm its name. The farmhouse is ideal for families or small groups. The farmhouse can also be rented together with the stable building and laundry.
