There are 2 holiday homes on our property, which is approximately 2,000 m² in size. The roof surfaces are well insulated from the inside and outside. The holiday home is cosy and quiet. All rooms have windows. There is a car parking space on the property for the FW. There are parking spaces nearby for any additional cars or vans. The S-Bahn station, the ferry terminal and the outdoor swimming pool are about 500 m away. There are many opportunities for hikes and excursions in the surrounding area.

15 minutes by bus to the Christmas market (Striezelmarkt) in Dresden. 40 minutes to the ski slopes in the Ore Mountains (Altenberg). The cottage is located in the village of Údolíčko, 1 km from Perštejn, where you’ll find a brewery, swimming, rocks, and other attractions. It is in a beautiful, picturesque valley leading into the Mountains and offering complete privacy. It is fully fenced with direct access into the forest. There is a large terrace, a covered terrace with a fireplace and a relaxing garden with a view. Parking is available directly in front of the cottage. There is a sauna for up to 6 people with a shower.

In a pleasant atmosphere, up to 12 people can find accommodation in double rooms and a bedroom for 4 people in the house built of natural stone and larch wood. You'll love our place because of the stylishly furnished living room with a cozy table and a large fireplace with a stove bench.

From 4/1/25 we have the "guest card mobile" so that all bus connections and ferry can be used free of charge. Ideal for dogs - 1000 m² fenced.
