You can reach the living room with corner sofa and TV and small kitchen, the bedroom (bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m) and the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet via a separate entrance.

In a pleasant atmosphere, up to 12 people can find accommodation in double rooms and a bedroom for 4 people in the house built of natural stone and larch wood. You'll love our place because of the stylishly furnished lounge with cozy table and a large fireplace with oven bench.

The cottage is located on the shores of Milčanský Pond, about 13 minutes by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine-birch forest. We discovered it by accident and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.

It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.
