The price is for the whole studio (max. 4 people). The villa is located in a large garden where you can sit with coffee. In the vicinity there is a climatic spa and ideal conditions for hiking, skiing, mountain biking and natural swimming. Beautiful city of Teplice with lots of entertainment and restaurants 10 minutes by car and only 50 minutes from Prague and Dresden

Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, einem zweiten Schlafzimmer/ Kinderzimmer mit Etagenbett (180cm) und einem Einzelbett, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, Küche und Bad. Im Außenbereich lädt ein Essplatz die Gäste ein. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, die Gegend lädt zum Wandern ein. Bei Bedarf kann ein weiteres Ferienzimmer für 2 Personen mit kleiner Küche und Bad dazu gemietet werden.

This newly renovated vacation apartment (54 m²) offers modern comfort in a quiet, idyllic location. With high-quality furnishings, a terrace and a view of the Geisingberg, it is the perfect retreat. Hiking trails start right outside the door. A parking space is available and the nearest shops are just a 5-minute walk away. The cellar offers space for ski equipment and electric bikes. The communal garden provides additional relaxation - ideal for nature lovers and active vacationers.

The small larch farm for 12 people

The small Lärchenhof is located above Altenberg, directly on the ski slope in the edge of the forest and nature. On 220 m², the house offers enough space for 12 people. There are four spacious double rooms on two levels for up to 4 people. The double rooms all have their own bathroom. All public facilities such as swimming pool, bakery, restaurants, etc. are within walking distance. Our house is located in the spa town of Altenberg, where tourist tax is payable on site.
