Newly built, spacious & bright studio vacation apartment w/jakuzzi on the first floor of a vacation house in Siofok, 400 m from free public beach at Lake Balaton. King size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with a walk in shower, 2 toilets. In the room there is a sofa bed, that can function as a bed for a 3rd person. There is a lovely balcony with garden furniture. There is free wifi, parking. Jacuzzi is on 2nd floor, it is shared with other guests, playground in the backyard.

The part of the house is the lower level of a freshly and completely renovated holiday house in Káptalanfüred (Balatonalmádi), 10-15 minutes walk from the beaches and equally from the blue tour route of Lake Balaton. The plot is 1200 sqm, you can cool down, relax, play, talk under huge oak trees. Ideal for 2 adults and 2 children or young group of friends. The apartment is garden related and even in the largest cauldron pleasant temperature. We welcome our guests all year round!
