Charming Rock 17th Village House Pool

The character of the house, the architecture as well as the interior decoration full of original antiques pieces carefully selected by the antique dealer owner has an absolutely unique handwriting and offers you an unforgettable aesthetic, original and romantic experience. Guests are welcome to use the owner's 12-meter-lap-pool, shared with his 3 other rentals, situated in his unique calm closed magic garden accessed within 20 meters from your front door by walking on the calm alley around the house. Outside just at the entrance of the apartment, there are a couple of chairs and a table in front of the main door, where it is possible to have breakfast or a drink, a chat with passing people or neighbours. From there you enter into the sitting-room with a cool stone floor and a fireplace, furnished with armchairs and table for a nice calm relaxing moment. The snug and stylish bathroom and the toilet are separated from each other and tucked away on either side of the passage that leads from the sitting-room to the kitchen. You find your own washing machine for clothes in the bathroom. The vaulted kitchen/dining-room at the other end of the passage is well-equipped and has a table with chairs. It opens onto a bright, covered patio, partly hewn out of the rock, with white-washed stone walls and numerous plants. Here you will find a dining table, as well as long masonry benches with comfortable cushions, where it is possible to stretch out to read or have a siesta. Two steps from the covered patio lead you down into the bedroom, equipped with twin-beds and an oak floor with underfloor heating. Parking: You can unload your baggage at the house and park you car free of charge a one minute's walk away on the convenient public parking of the village. Linen, Pool Towels: all included Information about Goult and the Area: At the heart of the « Triangle D’Or », Goult is an ideal base for exploring the many surrounding villages, as well as larger towns such as Avignon, Aix-en-Provence and Marseille, all within 15mins to 1hr30mins' drive away. All amenities, restaurants, bar, coffee places, the famous 'Cafe de la poste', groceries, bakery, butcher, fromagerie, market on thursday with regional products, as well as a couple of little shops with local handmade art, regional products and antiques are all one-minute’s walk away to be explored. Walks up to the windmill, the castle, the church through the little peaceful winding streets of the village as well as gorgeous walks directly from the village into the beautiful nature, eg. natural terrasses, views, lavender fields and partly through light forests are highly recommended. Electronic bicycles are possible to be rented in Coustellet or Apt to discover the surrounding area. Additionally you can visit the owners 'Borie‘, an original habitation by the rural population of the region in the ancient times, where you can have your picnic. Picnic-blankets to sit on are lent by the owner for that occasion. The 'Borie‘ is a 5 mins walk away. Guests are welcome to use the owner’s 12-meter lap-pool, situated in the quiet and secluded magic adjoining owner's garden. This absolutely unique garden will offer you an exceptional memorable souvenir, welcoming you to use all amenities available such as 2 relaxing lay matts surrounded by trees to cover you with the necessary shadow, a daybed hidden in a vaulted corner by the pool as well as a rocking chair with a shower in another vaulted alcove by the pool. There are little terraces to be wandered around and a table with chairs to have your meal in that paradise. I live next-door, and are happy to answer your questions and offer suggestions if needed. Goult is known by locals as the "hidden village" of the Luberon, and is appreciated for its pleasant, authentic atmosphere. There are good restaurants in the village as well as the Café de la Poste which is popular with locals and tourists alike. You can unload your baggage at the house and park you car free of charge a one minute walk away on the convenient public parking of the village. GOOD TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR TRIP TO GOULT A 2 days stay at Goult is a minimum, ideal would be 4 days or more. Reservations at the restaurants in Goult and the Luberon are necessary. Escape to the rolling hills of Umbria in this updated farmhouse (90 m2 over 2 floors) that retains its original charm. The home features classic beamed vaulted ceilings, original stone finishes, an indoor wood-burning fireplace, private entrance and a private garden terrace. The pool has a large sun lounge area. As we enjoy a nice house with a good atmosphere we ensured that the house is built with materials that represent Italy as it was, with: travertine floors, large beams from chestnut wood, exposed stone work, sinks crafted from local quarried stone ('pietra serena') etc.. During our travels through Italy we could not find modern, fresh, all comfort included houses and a good atmosphere for rent. Therefore, we decided to build it ourselves and we are ready to share our place with our guests. Our property has 3 similar sized houses that can of course be rented for a group of people. In total we can accommodate 6 persons. When you want to share meals there is ample room to seat everyone around the big table in one of the apartments or of course in the garden. You will find us in a small hamlet called Prato in the comune of Monte S.Maria Tiberina, 2 km from the border with Tuscany in the North of Umbria, in an area very close to the Marche. We value easy access. Our house is in a little village and as there is an asphalt road to the village, there is no need to drive for kilometers on a white (gravel) road to reach us. The next town, Città di Castello, is an easy 20 minutes drive. Here you can find everything you need from shops to food to restaurants and museums. Every apartment is built to be a separate unit, you have complete privacy with a private terrace and private entrance. The house is equipped with everything you may want on a holiday; Netflix, (free) wireless Internet throughout the whole house, a washer/dryer, air-conditioning in the bedrooms and mosquito nets on all windows and doors to give you a good night rest. For guests that are coming in autumn, winter or early spring we have a nice fireplace in the living room that also heats the radiators throughout the whole house. A plunge pool (3x7 m) is available for the guests from half May till half September. Your private terrace gives you all the privacy you'd want. There are no hidden costs. All costs are included in the price: end cleaning, electricity, heating (gas and/or firewood), bed linen (towels for every day should you want that) etc. We can help you make your stay as relaxed as possible. We know the area, speak Italian, provide recomendations and make bookings if needed. Umbria is renowned for its wine and food alike. Indulge in the picturesque surroundings and the wonderful gastronomy of the region. The area is a great place for outdoor activities including walking, cycling, playing golf, or horseback riding. Public transport does not come to our location. You will need a car; you can rent one from any of the agencies at the airports you can use to fly in. The Perugia airport is the closest by at 50 min, but also Firenze, Bologna, Pisa or Rome are all close by, with the furthest a 2,5 hour drive. When you want to dine out we offer a taxi service (for a small fee) where we bring you to the restaurant and pick you up again (in the villages surrounding our place). This way you can enjoy the food, wine (maybe a little grappa) etc. without having to worry about drinking and driving. In case you don't want to go out at all, we can prepare a gourmet dinner served in your own apartment for you as well. Naturally, breakfast or lunch won't be a problem either. On the day of your arrival, the first necessities will be waiting for you and if you want, we will get you the groceries you may need up front (just let us know what).

Modern in-law on organic farm

The apartment Loghomespace is located on the lower floor of the log house. It is lovingly decorated and has everything you need for a stay in an apartment. The log cabin is located on the Haselbachhof, which is run by our family in the 3rd generation. The region is also called Mostindien, because of the many apple trees. 450 trees are on the hazel farm, in addition there are 40 dairy cows, 10 Angus mother cows, 10 horses a few sheep, cats and dogs.
