Adultes seulement. Bébés et enfants non autorisés.

In the heart of Chiavenna, just a short walk from the historic centre, this apartment, tastefully renovated by its owner, an architect, is housed in an old Alpine ‘crotto’. Exposed stone and natural wood interact with contemporary lines, creating an intimate and harmonious space that combines tradition with modern comfort. Strategically located between mountains and lakes, near Madesimo, St Moritz and Lake Como, it is surrounded by greenery and ideal for a rejuvenating stay in any season.

THE VILLAGE - Como Lake

The VILLAGE consists of three ancient and luxurious houses, dating back to the 1600s. They are all independent houses. One is the home of the only couple of guests, one is the home of the owners and the last is the holistic massage studio. The garden, swimming pool, hot tub, infrared sauna and woods are for the exclusive use of the two guests only. All surrounded by nature. Luca and Marina live in the VILLAGE, but do not use the amenities. The property is not suitable for children.

This charming 3.5-room apartment is located in the center of the village and is a true gem of Kandersteg - directly on the mountain river. The apartment offers two cozy bedrooms, a spacious living room and a bright, unique gallery. Both balconies offer an impressive panoramic view of the mountains.

Our organic farm is nestled between green pastures and mountains on the edge of the UNESCO Entlebuch Biosphere Reserve, about 35 minutes from Lucerne. Here you'll meet goats, cows, chickens and many other animals, and experience authentic country life up close.
