La Posta Di Cadimare - Chill in the Mezzanine Bedroom at a Former Post Office

Laze in the sun with views of the pine forest and the sea on the spacious terrace filled with plants and fragrant flowers. Kick back in the vibrant yellow mid-century armchair, then sip an aperitivo or two on the cozy enclosed terrace at sunset in winter the house is very welcoming because it is heated by a completely ecological bioethanol stove. It is possible to follow different paths that from Cadimare, Marola and other nearby places reach Campiglia, a village overlooking the sea. CODICE CITRA:01 1015-LT-0061 The post office is a small, completely renovated house, which was in the past the post office of the town of Cadimare. Despite being a structure of about 40 square meters it is divided into a large room divided into well-organized and intimate rooms where there is a comfortable double sofa bed. There is also a large loft with a double futon and a well-equipped walk-in closet. The entrance room leads to a spacious bathroom with a comfortable shower and to the kitchen, small but equipped with all comforts. Leaving the kitchen you enter a pretty brick garden, and through a staircase, to a large terrace that occupies the entire upper surface of the house itself; furnished with plants and flowers; under the umbrella or under the sail you can eat or simply sunbathe enjoying the spectacle of the town with its pine forest and the sea. Pur essendo un ambiente di circa 40 mq è articolata in una grande stanza suddivisa in ambienti ben organizzati ed intimi dove è presente un comodo divano letto matrimoniale. C'è inoltre un grande soppalco abitabile con un futon matrimoniale ed una cabina armadio ben attrezzata. Dalla stanza di ingresso si accede ad uno spazioso bagno con una confortevole doccia ed alla cucina, piccola ma dotata di tutti i comfort. Uscendo dalla cucina si entra in un grazioso giardino mattonato, e tramite una scala, ad un'ampia terrazza che occupa tutta la superficie superiore della casa stessa; arredata con piante e fiori ; sotto l'ombrellone o sotto la vela si può mangiare o semplicemente prendere il sole godendo dello spettacolo del paese con la sua pineta e del mare. Watch the boats drift by from the balcony at a restored family home, tucked away in a quiet alley. Stroll to the marina for a romantic meal, or cozy up in the rustic space with its exposed beams and cool stone walls. Our old, fully restored family house is located on island Ciovo, within the centre of old town, five minutes walk from the Cathedral and the buzzing small island of Trogir, a UNESCO World Heritage cultural-historical site. You will enter the secluded large garden through small cobbled streets, so typical of this area. The spacious house spreads across five floors, hosting four large apartments belonging to our wider family. The outside staircase takes you to the entrance door, leading to the spacious penthouse apartment occupying the top two floors and a balcony with a beautiful view across the Trogir marina and old town centre. This house, in which a sense of time permeates everything, has been the family home of our ancestors for several centuries. It is a place where the stories of artists and scholars, diplomats and sailors, come together to create a unique ambiance which speaks of adventures of human spirit and inspire those who stay in it. Master bedroom adjoining the living room has a spacious King size bed, while the attic room has two separate single beds. Both bedrooms and the living room have independent air conditioning units. On request, we can add the fifth supplementary full-sized folding bed. Please let us know if you are arriving by car and we will take care that you have a hassle-free experience. Trogir Marina car park is located 2 minutes away. Trogir has several marinas and is therefore a popular starting destination for yachting holidays. There are several nice beaches within walking distance and plenty more can be reached by frequent boat rides to Okrug Gornji, Hotel Medena, or Blue Laguna on Drvenik island. Tonko is a wonderful host and will respond to all your queries promptly. After booking, you can contact Tonko via AirBnb messaging or his mobile whenever you need any assistance or have a question. Have a morning coffee at the nearby marina or walk across the bridge to bar Smokvica, just behind the cathedral. Restaurants worth trying include Bocel within Trogir Marina, Konoba Trs , Don Dino, and Tri Volta. Plentiful churches and a few museums add to the cultural mix. Split airport is just several kilometres away, with a local bus running every 20 minutes. Alternatively get a taxi or rent a car from plentiful agencies at the airport (best to book online in advance). There are local and intercity buses to Split, but they can be a bit of hit and miss. Alternative recommendation is to use the local boat line Trogir - Slatine - Split called Buraline which sets off from Ciovo side of Trogir, so it is close to the place you are staying. It takes around an hour to get to Split.

The accommodation is located in the center of the small village of Peschiera Maraglio, 50 meters from the pier for the tour of the lake. Nearby there are all the amenities, and 300 meters away is the public beach and a bus stop. The island (the largest of the European lakes) chosen by the most beautiful villages in Italy is located in the center of Lake Iseo surrounded by enchanting mountains that are reflected in the body of water. On the top is the Sanctuary of the Madonna della Ceriola from which you can appreciate the beauty of the landscape;nearby the Oldofredi Castle dating back to the 16th century and it is possible to organize with private ferries the tour of the island and the islets of S. Paolo and Loreto. Particularly recommended are walks on the numerous trails on the territory to be done both on foot and by bicycle (with the possibility of renting directly on the spot). You can easily reach :the Franciacorta with its cellars and tastings of fine wines, the archaeological sites of prehistory in the Camonica Valley, the natural park of the Peat bogs of Sebino, the ski slopes of Tonale and Monte Campione.
