In a very quiet area, 70 m² apartment in a chalet with magnificent views of Barcelonnette and the valley. You can eat up to 6 on the south-facing balcony with a beautiful light all day. On the heights less than a 10 minute walk from the city center, there is a small trail between the Pines. Comfortable and cosy. Possibility to store bicycles , park motorcycles and others. Beautiful view of the mountain! 3 room apartment for 4 people, with beautiful terrace, located on the top floor with elevator in a residence with free access to the heated indoor pool and steam room . At the foot of the Labrau chairlift, ski-in/ski-out return possible. Close to the center and shops. Fully equipped. Very comfortable, bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, TV, raclette, fondue and crepe. WiFi.
