Die Küchenzeile ist mit einem Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank sowie sämtlichen Küchenutensilien eingerichtet. Das luxuriöse Boxspringbett ist 180x200 cm groß.

Our modern furnished apartment is located in the basement and offers a room with living and sleeping area for up to 2 people. It has a comfortable box-spring bed, seating, TV, wardrobe and mirror. The spacious bathroom with toilet has a shower. In the kitchen are all necessary practical utensils and a wardrobe. Our 35 sqm apartment is a designated non-smoking apartment. Right in front of the house in a quiet residential area you will find a parking space for your car.

The listed house from 1730 is located at the foot of the holy mountain of Upper Swabia – the Bussen – and directly on the hiking trail, not far from the Danube Cycle Path on the edge of the Swabian Alps. During the careful restoration using ecological and sustainable materials, many details such as sloping floors, partially low room heights and a steep staircase were preserved. So you can go back in time and still enjoy the modern comforts of the present.

Former farm building of the forester's lodge, rebuilt in 2006, very quietly located in the middle of nature, wide view over the fields and meadows. The Adelindis thermal bath can be reached in Bad Buchau, 5 km away, and other thermal baths are within a radius of about 25 km. The summer house is not suitable for children under 4 years of age and not for people with disabilities, as the sleeping compartment can only be reached via the steep ladder.

It is located in one of the best residential areas of Biberach and is only about a 7-minute walk from Biberach marketplace. Companies such as KaVo & Vollmer or the train station are also within minutes walking distance. Our apartment is on the 2nd floor and can be booked flexibly as a or 3-room apartment. The apartment is in a very good location. The market square is a 3-minute walk away.
