Close to the Hyper center, two minutes walk from the Palais des congrés Jacques Chirac and the Pathé cinemas. 10 mins walk to Valencia city train station. It is located on the 2nd floor without elevator of a very quiet small condominium that only has 3 floors. Can't be rented to arrange an evening out. No smoking in the unit.

The ground floor consists of a fully equipped 20 m2 living room and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Upstairs the 20 m2 bedroom offers a double bed and a single bed. The sofa bed on the ground floor completes the sleeping arrangements. Possibility of parking a car under shelter safely.
