Old oil mill turned dwelling house at the entrance to the village. Independent house with enclosed courtyard, 38m2 terrace and 40m2 sheltered garden with garden furniture, sun loungers and solar shower. On the ground floor, kitchen open to living room and terrace, living room and toilet. On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with dressing room as well as a bathroom (Italian shower and 150 bathtub) + wc. On the top floor, the renovated attic offers a large space with 2 single beds.

The outbuilding includes: - a living area with living room, dining room and equipped kitchen, - a master bedroom open to the bathroom - a mezzanine with 2 single beds. - NOTE: the toilet is a dry toilet ;-) You will have access to all the exteriors including the 11x5 m pool, the shaded terrace for your meals and the large garden.
