My studio is (50m) very cozy. It is located in the old town of Alicante, (Alicante city centre area). It has a room with a double bed, and in the living room there is a sofa bed that can sleep 2 people if it is (preferably children) 1 if it is an adult. A kitchenette (open-plan), a table to eat in front of the entrance and a small balcony where you can look out to enjoy the fresh air. It has a TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a fan, etc. It also has a bathroom.

I am Marisa: Enjoy your holidays and feel as if you were at home. My aim is "treating guests the way I would like to be treated". Lovely and new 150 sq-m apartment. Perfect placed near centre but quite location. Near to shops, museums, restaurants, 10 min. by walking to the beach, 4 bedr, 3 bath. You don´t have to buy water to drink (depurating sistem tap). Air conditioner. Safe box. I even could book a Spanish winery tour with wine tasting for you.
