The room has a small balcony facing the street, private bathroom with heating floor, AC for heating and cooling. The house is centrally located in Cocentaina near, Palacio Comtal and the main square, Plaza Vener Escuder with Mercat Municipal. There also the local market is every Thursday. Note: parking is prohibited from Wednesday night.

The house is very nice and welcoming, has a large swimming pool and is surrounded by greenery among flowers, pine trees, fields of olive, orange and fig trees.
